In case you didn't know, the Openpath Enablement program offers implementation and onboarding options available for you to resell to your new accounts. We also offer dedicated 1:1 assistance for technician installations with this program.
This program offers the opportunity for administrators, technicians, or end-users to participate in sessions that are tailored to their specific needs. This allows new admins to become instant experts in managing the OpenPath system, reducing the chance of user error and increasing the overall value that an organization gets out of the system. We can even record the session for future training reference!
Enablement Assist:
- Admin training with a system overview or focus on specific topics.
- Or project assistance with specific tasks within the OpenPath Control Center. We can be given an item to work on within the users' system and can perform that task. (Meeting attendance not always necessary for project assistance)
Dedicated Install Assist
- 1:1 hardware installation walk through with a dedicated OpenPath Tech Support agent. Great for new technicians or subcontracted installers.
Concierge Onboarding:
- 30hr Enablement package for full onboarding experience. This includes up to 30hrs of the other options listed here at a discounted rate. Great for complex organizations with large numbers of entries, users, schedules, or security levels.
